NEW: Virtual Suggestion "Box"

Did you know that some of my great designs were inspired by Customer Suggestions? This Christmas Themed Thank You Card for example was inspired by a craft show shopper who was looking for Thank You's for Christmas. Her question prompted me to create some Thank You Cards specifically for the Christmas Season, an idea I hadn't yet thought of on my own!

With this idea in mind I have created a Virtual Suggestion "Box" on my Facebook Fan page. Here you can leave your ideas for new card designs, themes, and even different doodled product lines. So excited to see what you might suggest! Check it out:

This box is a new permanent feature to the site, so feel free to stop back often and add more ideas!

Crazy About Tags!

Tags are fun, inexpensive, and the perfect way to dress up a package in a flash. And they are not only good for gifts check out these other ideas for tag uses:

* Decorate packages by recycling brown paper grocery bags, but dress it up with a cute tag... less waste

* Tie a blank tag around the bottom of a wine goblet to create an instant place card for a dinner table

* Tie tags around the tops of cello bags to cinch them closed when create party favors or cookie bags

* Attach a tag to the stem of a single flower as a simple "I Love You"

* Hang tags from an artificial Christmas tree to create lightweight ornaments (please note tags could be damaged by water)

* String lights along a picture window and then hang tags from it for an instant creative decoration!

* Use tags as clue markers for a hidden treasure hunt or a Secret Santa game.

* Write notes on the tags and tuck them into stockings for little stuffers

* Give a package to a friend, they do make the perfect gift!

September Bliss

As much as I love the warmth and activity of summer, there is something so soothing about a brisk calm day! Despite the cloudy, rainy weather outside, I find myself happy to snuggle up in sweaters and socks. The best part of September of course is the changing of the leaves!

Inspired by the colors and images of fall I have begun posting my fall collection to my Etsy Store. If you haven't yet checked it out, just click on the link at the side! I am also happy to announce the launch of a new product line: PLACE CARDS, just in time for those Holiday dinner parties. My shop is now featuring some cute THANKSGIVING designs!

In other news, I helped my hubby launch his very own blog last night. There is not much there yet, but he would be thrilled if he got a hit: www.catholiccat.blogspot.com
